Buyer claimed item is different from delivered item. Listing is accurate and as described and supports everything about it. She ate other items first and contacted me claiming and demanding me to send her additional foods. I offered her Full Refund upon Return but because she consumed other items, the return cannot be processed. She then left me a negative feedback and was very angry that I did not offered her more items other than refund. I contacted eBay and reported her for feedback extortion and policy violation for demanding items other than what's on the listings, and with no surprise, did not helped. Now, seems this person is mentally illed, she lectured me of her "rules of kindness" and her nonsense sick messages. I recall it very sickening to read her messages, it was a nightmare. If you encounter her, just avoid and if she demanded items, foods, or anything from you, report her to eBay, she already has records of this abusive doing.
