Ebay keeps and is able to read all communication between you and the buyer when it goes through their system.
File a complaint with Ebay about your buyer.They'll give them a strike and if they have enough sellers complaining about him then he will end up suspended.

Buyer didn't send payment and demanded item to be sent to unconfirmed address to China (not offered in listing), then left me negative feedback when I refused. I filed a complaint with eBay about this buyer. Buyer sent me a payment, I sent his money back. I can't file a complaint again because eBay indicates that payment received though I refund money to buyer. I reported the situation to eBay customer support, twice, but without result. No response from eBay at all.
