I immeditely issued her full refund without even asking her to send it back(I lost the book, the money and the shipping fee which is quite expensive for a hard cover book ), and she still left me negative feedback. OH BULLSHIT! Your the fucken moron for giving a refund for without getting the product back. Its the oldest scam of the book and you fell for it. Its obvious you have no policies in place to protect yourself and went into panic mode. You didnt loose the book on account of the buyer scamming you, you lost the book and the money because of your own stupidity!
