Buyer bought a sweatshirt and left negative feedback claiming that the sweatshirt is used. The sweatshirt is brand new without tags, never worn. The sweatshirt is made of washed fabric and we stated this clearly in the descriptions and also displayed that in the photos. We contacted the buyer asking for more details but never got any reply. We've sold over 50 pieces of the same sweatshirt to buyers from many countries, all with positive feedbacks. It's ok not to like an item you receive. But buyers should at least read listing thoroughly and compare the item you receive with the listing descriptions and pictures. If they match, it's not a bad transaction. Not responding to communication is also a big thumb down with this buyer.
