Thank you I was also scammed by him recently for almost $950 of PCs, he changed his ebay ID to pcatcharters now. As a seller himself in the past, he scammed many buyers (first page shows 3 of 25 as negative). If you want to take him to court, contact me.

Well then you know every well what the scam was about. Trying to steal the product from you. There was nothing wrong with the item, he was trying to see what you would do, see how much he could get away with ultimately the goal was to steal it from you at your expense.
