This person is abusing return policy of eBay. Bought a vehicle's instrument cluster from me and on 14th day asked for the item to be returned explaining that fuel gauge doesn't work. I asked any proof of item being defective, got a video to my email with car's ignition off stating that instrument cluster doesn't work at all (which is really odd). After this I asked the video to be taken from the angle that I could see that ignition is on, however I was replied that I was asking "too much for the simple refund", after this request was escalated to a case which states that I have to pay for return shipping (since the item is not as described), which is more than a half of item's price + import taxes (so it costs more than item itself), this is leaving with no choice but refund the buyer.
