Due to other people's comments I was hesitant to sell to this buyer.
The address from other people and the name checks out.
Did not want to continue to deal with buyer.
Refunded the buyer's money immediately, buyer quickly accepted refund without asking questions.

Per eBay- to avoid problems...
+After winning the bid, verify and message the buyer if it is the correct address also get a telephone number also to put into the package as as well.
+Take good photos of the items that you are going to send and message it to the buyer to show again that they are in that condition.
+Even if the buyer wins the auction, it is the seller's discretion to accept the payment and send the package.
+If its a dodgy deal like this one, you can refund the buyer and avoid all the headache.
+if you do send it... put insurance, tracking information, and most of all signature confirmation. So that it says that they have received the package....
+To cover yourself from item not described... again take a photos of the item that you are going to send to them and message it to them via the messaging on eBay. Pack properly and take picture of that as well.
