Frankly, any “163.com” address is highly suspect. All buyers with this email address have had ‘0’ feedback, are from China (which is unfortunate because many of our best customers are from China, but have legitimate email addresses).

Another indication that the buyer is suspect is their ebay name is a series of numbers - in the case of this buyer, 6662395. And always, they’ve joined ebay the same day they are buying something, so no feedback.
