Yes, she has an issue with Zara as well. She seems so stupid enough to be a customer. She never saves any order details and expect us to trace information without having the order number. She also queries about a return in Zara but she never reads our T&C and that what makes her so stupid. Yet, she wanted to speak with a manager. OMG. how idiot can she be.
