The customer works the Amazon system by claiming that he did not receive a package and then contacting customer service to state that seller is not responding to messages even though there is a trail of communication between buyer and seller. Before he claimed he did not receive the package, he originally stated to seller that he wanted to return the package because he had ordered a duplicate. So the package went from being delivered and a duplicate to being a non-delivery?
He knows that Amazon will side with the buyer over the seller in most cases so he got his product and money back. Stay away from him.

You dont make any sense whatsoever! REGARDLESS of what you both say, its irrellivant. If he opens a case for non receipt of merchandise, it all comes down to the tracking information you submit to show its delivered. There is no such thing as 2 tracking numbers showing delivery and non delivery. So what you saying is not true. If it non receipt prove via tracking it was delivered. Your so called non delivery is vauge which means your leaving out something. If he didnt want the item, then he refused the item the next day. There is no way tracking goes from one to the other.

I was able to easily close non-delivery claims on Amazon by providing a tracking number. For example, if in accordance with USPS.com, item was delivered, claims were alway closed in my (seller) favor, and refunded buyers from their (Amazon) pocket. Why? To makes buyers and sellers happy. Unfortunately for last few months, if even tracking says delivered, Amazon issue a refunds to buyer for seller expenses, and claiming that seller must send orders with signature confirmation option, which is cost extra money, and bothering people which should go sometime to Post Office to sign a shipment. Now only buyers are happy.
