" Where is my 12 month?! I paid for it and have not recieved a code. Says your system is offline… When will it be on? I was believing this would be instant! "
" Im about to give you negative feedback. Will give benefit of doubt and give you a few hours. It will still be neutral feedback unless answered quickly. "

I explained to him that this is not a 24/7 operating site, as shown on listing ( 12 hrs response time )./

He just got pissed and sent a PayPal " not recived " and CC chargeback right away !

Once I woke up few hours later and found all these.
I quickly refunded him and hopefully there is no CC chargeback fees punishing
