They purchased an Apple Watch Hermes and confirmed they received it, said it was defective and wanted to return it. We sent a return label to them. They used another FedEx label and photo-shopped our barcode onto it causing fedex to have to relabel it with our tracking number and deliver it to a different address in our zipcode. The envelope sent weighing 0.5lbs contained a New York Life insurance booklet in Spansh. They work for New York Life Ins out of the address listed above where the package was delivered to. They then called into eBay and had them refund and accused fedex of misdelivering the package. Ebay refunded the fraudulent buyer even though they did not return the item. Beware of this type of return fraud and never sell to this buyer.
