This customer ordered a full custom sword for martial arts practice.

It was clearly mentionned on the product page, checkout page, and in order confirmation emails that his order production time was 5 weeks.

After 2 weeks, the customer complained about the production time. We explained in details how we work, how our Japanese craftsmen work, and then it turned to a very long conversation (about 25 pages in total).

The customer has demonstrated that he was mentally very instable, and ended up filling a chargeback.

As usual, the chargeback was lost, for a total cost of 1200 USD.
