Well you also knew that digital purchases weren't covered by PayPal. You knew it, took the risk and you lost. I would send this asshole a collections letter, the IP address of the purchase and confirm it with the address PayPal gave you. In the future if you ge ta confirmed address, mail something out with tracking whatever the cost of the package (invoice) you add it for handling. or dont take PayPal at all. Seek a payment method that gives you protection on digital items.
