| Details: | Opened a 'not as described' case against us. Refused to send us any evidence, and we told her no problem just send item back. She then refused to send the item back and opened a case on eBay. According to eBay, the case was closed in buyer's favor but at 'NO FAULT' of the seller. So, we didn't have to reimburse eBay. This person was not worth our time and energy. Just a warning to other sellers. |

Well, I'm not surprised this buyer is on this site! Purchased an item from us on eBay, also claimed damaged but refused to send item back. Found out that she claimed chargeback on credit card, thru eBay customer support. Watch out for this buyer.
