Details: | Fraudulent buyer claims to never receive item when USPS tracking confirms shipment to the correct address provided. The buyer waited two days after receiving the item to claim that she never received the item. We contacted her local USPS and spoke with a representative who opened an investigation into her non-receipt claim. We explained that USPS will be looking into her claim and she proceeded to file an A-to-Z claim stating "non-receipt". A complimentary replacement was shipped to the same address and tracking once again confirmed shipment with signature confirmation. The USPS representative we spoke to confirmed that both the first and second package was delivered to the correct address and accepted by the individual. She also confirms that there have been many claims of "non-receipt" from the residents residing at the address 1220 E 95TH ST BROOKLYN, NY. This is consumer MAIL FRAUD and the addressee have been reported to the appropriate authorities. |
