Had the same customer, "POM-2" Sarah Lee order TWO books in a row & then demand a refund/return, even before she received them! Wondering what this is all about, as it hardly has ever happened from 100s of customers.
She is demanding a refund of her return cost too... so now have spent over $17 sending her books...
will examine the copy she sends back to make sure it was the same one, because the one I had was not damaged, as she claims.

There are a bunch of scammer names being used at 72 N Broadway. Some are real people, some are not. They are all guided by one bad actor, who also runs a third rate theater in the same building.

One is still open from 02-05-21 and shows as not delivered in the USPS tracking.

They are also doing business as Mavriks Books in Buffalo Grove.

These nogoodniks really didn't cover their tracks. If you go to the Ill. Secretary of State website, you can look up company records and see the companies and the persons involved.
