Sounds like a few of these scammers are from Indonesia. Rezki Prayugo & Risk Firmansyah are Indonesian names. The IP addresses may appear to be in the USA because they use a proxy (like hola) to make it seem that way. The company in Delaware forwards purchases for people, they are being scammed to I would guess.

Same here. The telephone is for a phone service platform, so he is out of country. IP says Canada, but more than likely he is relaying from elsewhere since the phone service used (3026045010) is Asian.
When they use a PMB, they generally do not indicate it is a forwading service, but they almost always use the PMB number after the name or address.
