This item was sold in AS-IS condition, fully described and with full photo documentation. This buyer violated eBay policies (and eBay allowed it without proper investigation into the situation!) -- buyer claimed there were cracks on case (there weren't) -- The full condition to the item was documented and the buyer had PLENTY of opportunity to ask further questions if he so desired - he did not! He bid early and defended his bid often throughout the auction. Later, he decided to make false claims and weak excuses to swindle eBay into allowing a return (even though item description was accurate and returns were not authorized). The item WAS exactly as described and photographed and eBay is letting him get away with robbery because they won't stand up for buyers!
