Buyer purchased an antique hair comb but payment was not recieved. When I contacted buyer to ask for payment she replied that she "would not be purchasing". I told her I would cancel the transaction. In the 48 hours that a cancellation to become final the buyer left a malicious negative for a transaction that had not taken place. She refused to respond to any communication. This was the buyers first transaction on Etsy. Eventually I got Etsy to remove the negative using the rule that "A buyer is confused about how the feedback system operates resulting in unintended negative or neutral feedback".
