Details:

This buyer love to FB threaten seller when others found out he did something wrong.
He also love to open PP dispute and hold funds, not caring seller's reputation on Paypal.

( Until this date, NOT a single email he has replied )
Not even a single apology of opening dispute without checking how PayPal works.
Stamps on parcel would tell the truth !
All sellers get prepared of your funds being hold by selling to him, your own risk !!

The story is:
Buyer paid the item and item was sent.
Buyer did not know how to contact seller, therefore he opened a PP INR form on Paypal.

Seller told him tracking # was given, and also uploaded it on PP.
Seller asked him why he opened a dispute for asking a tracking #.
He said this is the only way to contact seller.

Seller than explained to him that seller/buyer email address is always shown immediately on Paypal page when a payment was made.

Then buyer became pissed off and started to feedback extortion to seller!!

if buyer need to ask a question, it should be asked via email.

Opening dispute means seller refused to send item!!.

How could it reaches you within 3 days by opening " Non-receipt dispute " ?

I now have the tracking number, thank you.

Disappointed that it was only posted after my enquiry.

9 days is not really acceptable, and should be stated on the website if this is your normal practice.

Whenver you buy something via paypal payment, paypal always shows seller's email address, that is why we also have your email address

Not sure if you are a first time internet user, Paypal ALWAYS shows both parties email address, there is no reason of " There was no other way to contact the seller, no email address was available. ".

The answer was already replied BEFORE you made the purchase.

quoted from ad:

" Shipping time is estimated 5-11 working days from overseas. "

How could you use these to threaten a seller of " not answering your questions " ?

At last, I already included as much info as needed on ad.

If ad is not read by buyer, what is the point of writing it ? And got such a threatening message in return ???

1. Payment was made on 17:06pm on 9th (after hours), which was considered as 10th payment, and item was dispatched on 2nd b. day

Why did you made it up as " 9 days " ? This is no good.

2. Item was posted on 16th, you first enquirers was on 18th.

Why did you say " Disappointed that it was only posted after my enquiry. "

It is no good neither.

Whenever you use paypal as a transaction, it IMMEDIATELY gives you seller/buyers email address, there is no such " There was no other way to contact the seller, no email address was available. " .

Can you confirm this?
