On the 23:rd of June I contacted Klubmobile with my issue with the buy.
The 16:th of Aug I left what I considered fair feedback when no good response seemed to come from them.
Later I get a mail from them saying that they have registered me here and that I should have contacted them.
So I have sent them another mail hoping I get a better reply this time.

You are pretending innocent, you bought a modem with a clear instruction NOT to use micro simcard but still you use it with converter. The simcard holder felt apart then you blame us for your own fault. You think Huawei router simcard holder is easy to fall apart? Only if you know how to remove sim card then this problem is not exist! Still thinking we send non working item?

This is basic step from fraudster, they make mistake then blame seller and then hope seller will send replacement for free and then keep the broken one. The item you bought is 100% new and even before it ship we did a test.

We are Top Rated Seller and honest, if you think negative feedback can solve the problem then go ahead. I guarantee negative feedback only last for 1 year but your reputation for doing fraud is stay forever.
