Item was sent to him was an eletronics device which he claimed after 13 days that it did not work. He said he bought two from ebay in same period and we suspect he unscrewed the screws in order to change out the interior so the serial number would appear as the same device however this is fraud. If you google his ID you will see another ebay seller have the same problems with him. Best to block this seller.
