Details: | This person placed an order for $550 worth of fragrances. This was his first order with us, we dont know what his character was like, so we approved the order for shipping. Lo and behold, he files a claim for "not as described" because he says he "received something else" but cant justify the claim, and cant show the order slip that came with the items, because it will disprove his claim and will make him look stupid. Then, we win the claim; and guess what, Amex allows him to dispute for fraud - card not present. He won that chargeback, which makes zero sense to me, because how can he claim fraud on an order he was in communication with us over for? Stupid Amex allowing him to get away for theft should be illegal. Stay away from this customer as he is a toxic one! Will definitely make you lose money and inventory |
