| Details: | This person bought 3 items from our website valued at $1,000. Product was shipped and delivered 2 business days later with proof that it was delivered to his house. A few days later we received INR chargeback. We tried contacting the customer to figure out a solution but never heard back. This was an obvious fraudulent chargeback. We unfortunately were not able to win the case. |

Since you were unable to win the case you should include the full name, address etc. of the credit card provider of such a "fraudulent chargeback warrior" (scammer), so that all other merchants block such credit card companies as well. Also, create a separate report on the credit card provider who ripped you off in this seemingly unfair chargeback.
