The buyer purchased a $900 item on Ebay and then claims it was faulty. Eventhough I knew the item was in perfect working condition, I agreed to provide a refund once the item was returned. Several days later, I received a package which included a different item. The labels and tags did not match. The security markings we place on our items were not there. I sent the buyer a message via Ebay and they did not respond. They have now filed a complaint with Ebay and requested a full refund. This is your typical bait and switch fraud conducted on Ebay.
