Details:	Mr. Frank Haro is a renown con artist who, in association with Mr. Rafeh Qazi, organized a large scale online fraud. Within a few weeks, Mr. Haro placed 3 orders to use Mr. Qazi's credit card. After receiving his first order, he claimed that the order was handed over someone else, and despite DHL drivers confirming 100% that the order was dully delivered, he forced us to resend his order. Then, after receiving the second shipment, Mr. Qazi declared his card stolen, and all payment was reversed for a total loss of over 1000 USD. Mr. Haro and Mr. Qazi both live in Los Angeles, Hollywood, about a mile from each other. We have been able to confirm they were both related to their online activity. We tried to contact both via their email address and via social networks. No response. Given Mr. Haro's records on the internet, we are convinced this is an organized fraud. Yes, also confirm I have had problems with Frank Haro. We saw this report and chose adult signature on delivery so that only someone at his address could sign for it. He also went beyond our policy and FedEx policy to claim/report the package stolen. Thus, there was no way to go back and review the delivery. He claims package was stolen and charged back. His story was flaky. He did not dispute this report of him having a history of being a scammer. Look at others reporting him as a scammer online. I would not recommend shipping to Frank Haro.

I encourage the original poster of this to file a police report against Frank Haro. Our lawyer is going to be filing a report on our behalf. Frank is counting on people not to do anything. While a police report is small, when Frank has several police reports on file against him, it will start to help show a pattern for law enforcement.

My company also encountered a scam from Frank Haro. He has gotten so cocky that he delivers items to his own home now and then simply calls his credit card and tells them he never received it to get his card to give him a full refund. Don't accept an order from him unless you want to give it to him for free! His address is in Norwalk, California.
