| Details: | Buyer claimed to have issues with a passcode on a manufacture reset iphone. I checked the phone before I shipped, and it was reset back to factory settings with no association to an icloud account, did not require a passcode, and was removed from Find My iPhone. Buyer asked several questions and insisted on having a "friend fix it for $100." Buyer initiated a return request, waited 1 month to supposedly ship the item back (which I paid for), tracking number does not exist, and I still have not received the return. |

The seller is in breach of ebay contact by providing customer detailed. The seller can also be sued for giving out personal information. Ebay has done this before to seller who uses this site. Been providing all buyer who personal information leak to eBay. So ebay can take action on this site and the seller.
