Buyer claims to have received an empty box, then immediately opened a case. They were not able to provide any proof that this box was received empty, however they did submit a report to USPS regarding this and able to claim a free item and an easy refund from eBay who automatically sided with this buyer. The buyer did not return the packaging they received so it could be inspected for damage or tampering. Very convenient.
