The buyer claimed there was no smell at all and wanted a return. I provided him with proof of purchase and what the item is supposed to look like. I have sold more than 200 samples and not one customer has claimed that I sell tap water or that I am a fraud. The buyer then closed the return request and left me negative feedback.
