Watch out for this buyer. He bought some items from us and then after aprox 10 days it was returned to us as "REFUSED - RECEIVER DID NOT WANT". The problem here is that tracking shows it was delivered on Tues and then on Friday he called UPS to say return to sender and claims he didn't open it. Not only did he open it but he removed 2 of the items before taping the box back up. But this genius accidentally dropped a Walmart receipt into the box with the address of the store which was about 3 miles from his house and it was dated the same day the box was delivered!!! WHAT A GENIUS!! So we credited his card minus shipping (both ways of course) and minus the price of the two items he took. He did a chargeback and because there was no way for us to prove it Unfortunately the bank sided with him.
