Buyer complained about shipping amount (8 zones USPS). I immediately refunded FULL shipping AND purchase amount. She kept the item, delivered, for free. Many days later, she left negative feedback claiming that I kept all her money and that I was a "liar". A review of this seller's feedback left for others (toolhaus dot org) shows a pattern of vicious, name-calling, slanderous feedback being left for sellers who often otherwise have no negs. She has left 39 negative feedbacks! This buyer abuses the feedback system to make completely unjustified personal attacks on honest sellers. Don't be a victim to this person's general hostility. This is a buyer to block.
