Item sent out with delivery tracking information and right after payment cleared.
Tracking show item delivered to buyer's address on file, and buyer claimed did not receive it.
Told buyer to open case under eBay, since tracking delivery showed delivered, buyer refused to open, he left us negative said bad service.
He tried to ask for FREE item, he asked us either issue him full refund or he would leave a negative feedback, well, we took it.
We would not encourage such bad buyer to try to threat other seller using the same item, if you do not want to pay, then do not buy, don't ask for FREE item.
If you cannot afford it, then don't use it.
