No it doesnt work like that. If she filed a not authorized purchase, then it was something you submitted that didnt prove otherwise. Something tells us that you did something that you yourself screwed over. In a non authorized dispute, the first thing PayPal looks for is if you the seller shipped it to a confirmed address. If you did, then there was no reason why you should of lost the case. You link her email address, her ip address, her name, and the confirmed address to her. You go on facebook and use it as an online database to pull her picture out.
Something tells us you shipped it to a non confirmed address, in which that case, thats your fault not anyone elses. Second a $500 item you should of insured the package, which again something tells us you didnt.
