This guy paid for free shipping service that require 1-6 business days (not yet included handing time is 3 business day). Package was delivered in Dec 18. Was took 7 business days to complete but he left a negative feedback at Dec 16. Reason: not get package on time. Just 4 feedback (Dec 19) on EBay and just join Oct, 2018.
