Instead of reading the manual, where he would have found the warning to not plug the battery charger into the wall with no batteries - he did just that and fried it on 120 volts ac. He admitted it in ebaby's email, but they don't care.

He ruined a piece of history and left bad feedback blaming me for his own stupidity. I had even offered to send him another old model that i had laying around.
