I am Darren Hill, Owner of PC Friendly. If you have a dispute with our company, you may contact me directly. I do not make purchases of parts for my clients. I require my clients to make their own purchases of hardware/parts so this is obviously a false claim.

I am a customer of PC Friendly and I can tell you that they do not accept credit or debit cards, so this complaint is ridiculous. Their customer service and quality of service is the best I have found in Central Oregon. Not sure who posted this but they are certainly not a customer of PC Friendly.

First off, why would anyone want to contact you whatever, you have no evidence to support what you did. The person who filed the report has all the evidence. What are going to do take your word for saying -no i didnt. And you want us to believe that an actual customer came on board to defend you, yeah right! What this guys says is absolute truth. Computer repair shops and people like Darren Hill will get a customer's laptop, computer, whatever. They will buy the parts and once fixed and the customer pays, they will file fraud disputes claiming not as described and they will return the broken parts from the customer and try to pass them off as the the ones purchased from the 3rd Party. What better way to increase your profit margin when you dont have to pay for parts. Labor is 100% profit, so can parts be.

Second, why would the person who wrote this want to state that something a buyer (darren hill) was a crook. Why would he want to make are report about a total stranger in a different part of the US. Unless what the Darren Hill did something. The fact what the guy wrote happens all the time. That's why retails record serial numbers of all equipment of high ticket value when they ship it, the reason is so that people like Hill dont pull the BS that the person writing this report is saying. It happens all the time in the computer repair business and im sure elsewhere.
