This is a scamming operation that seems to have been going for a while using multiple ebay id. The way it works is that items get shipped to this address. A mail forwarder business. They get the unscanned packages from USPS and the open claims stating item not received. Search the phone and address on google their are 100.s of seller on the same situation.
