I sell graphic card to this buyer on May 2020. I send it 3 times because it cannot pass destination coutry customs. I pay two extra shipping cost.

I sell graphic card to this buyer on May 2020. I send it 3 times because it cannot pass destination coutry customs. I pay two extra shipping cost.

When last shipment was delivered. One week ago buy open a case with item not as described. He sends me for pictures of damage part. I ask him a clear picture of damaged part. Buyer is not send it to ebay. I creat and accept return for this item (i sell a new one, never used graphic card. My term is not accept for return.

I wait for buyer send it back. 4 days ago, no update from buyer. Then buyer asks ebay for step up. Few hours, ebay closed my case and refund even no any item send back from buyer. Buyer still hold both item and refund. I appeal case, ebay make same decision. I contact ebay support many times. This buyer brings graphic card to police officer. Police officer has confiscated it due to suspected counterfeit goods. I dont know why buyer bring it to police.

I already accept return, buyer not send it back. I send some courier agent for pick up. It is fail.

Most buyer will send back to seller and get refund. Not in my case.

Ebay refund buyer before my returned item arrive. That a bad decision.

I have case of returned item before, buyer send my item back and get refund.

I lost money and item. Graphic card is not illegal item. I have other buyer who bought my graphic card with same country. No problem with police and customs.
