Bought $736 worth product using a visa credit card, IP showed as UK. Billing was US addess and shipping was UK. The buyer indicated she was in UK for vacation and wanted us to call her in UK to verify information. We called the person in UK to verify full card number, billing and shipping address, then shipped via USPS express. Day after the tracking record showed the package was delivered, this person filed claim saying this transaction was a fraud. Because UK postal office didn't provide a deliver signature, we lost this charge back case. When calling this person again, the phone was picked up but silence, then hang up.
