The day she received it she sent me a message telling me that she got nothing.
I told her that the tracking number was showing 'delivered' she then harassed me (insults,very agressive) that if she didn't receive 2 new phones cases in 2 days she will leave me a negative feedback on ebay and open a dispute on ebay + paypal.
I refused,even told her that i'd only accept a return and fully refund her, she refused,insulted me and left a negative feedback and opened an ebay claim.
Ebay gave her a courtesy refund because she told them that she got only 1 out of the 2 cases (lies) and removed the bad feedback she left me .
She contacted me again asking for free items after the ebay refund !
I refused and she then made a claim on paypal AND GOT ANOTHER REFUND !!!!! YES, even when the tracking number was correct and I told paypal about the courtesy refund they sided with her !!
When you look at all the feedback she left to others sellers she left a lot of negatives ones. Ebay is doing nothing against her.Paypal did not even looked at my proofs.
BEWARE OF THIS PERSON, SHE IS A SCAMMER AND KNOW HOW TO GET FREE ITEMS AND ABUSE THE SYSTEM. |

What you did was right. Its the old eBay scam, saying I got the product let me lie so that I can get as much of a discount as possible. First off they are words on a screen, so dont take that as the buyer screaming at you, its part of the con job. First thing to remember is dont panic and stick to your terms and conditions. First off, your under no legal obligation whatsoever to offer any discount or refund until the product is back in your possession. You tell her that you know she's in possession of the item and you can prove it in a court of law if it goes to that and there's a completed legal transaction. Until and only until she returns the item, are you obligated to give a refund under the terms and conditions and only if its in the original conditions received. Second, save all your emails and get eBay involved, she's trying to pray on sellers that will just give a refund immediately and panic.

PayPal knows exactly what Ebay is doing and vice versa no matter how much bullshit Ebay or PayPal say to you. As long as the money didnt come out of your account leave it alone. You still have your profits and move on to the next. If you did, send the cunt a collections letter and tell the bitch immediately, now she just committed mail order fraud and bank fraud. Tell her that if she doesnt immeditely repay that you'll contact her local police department and file petty larceny charges against her.

File a complaint at cloudflare the host and doxx the sellers info. Inform the amazon/ebay whoever that the seller uses this site.
