As long as you have a tracking number and proved it was sent to the confirmed address of the credit card, you'll be ok. Nothing to worry about. The buyer is obviously some scumbag that is trying to get a free item from you. Just make sure the tracking number reflects the confirmed address that PayPal gave you. And never do business with that buyer again.
