Details: | I am ready to phone ebay us again if need be just to tell them how disappointed I am and that they let him repeat the scam over again. (Hopefully I am wrong!) and you know what I discovered. I won the case, I got a full refund but ebay still refunded him $8.25 from their pockets. I have checked and rechecked my paypal account and no money has been withdrawn but still they made him believe that he's right afterall and that really hurts, especially when a seller (after selling him a rosary ) sent him as a reply : God bless! That's too much to bear and the more this sort of people feel that the seller is vulnerable the harder they seem to hit. If I was in the US I will really make my best to meet this guy and tell him what I think of him face to face. Anyways take care and hopefully everything will turn for the best after all that's why I reported him. If he doesn't leave feedback (as he usually does) within the time of arrival of your packet, then prepare for a plan of action. This guy will always leave feedback be it positive or negative. Not to me though as ebay blocked him. He knows his way and he will tell you block me so as to proof his innocence. Again have a plan of action, you can use my name and tell him that I work for an antifraud agency in the EU so as to protect your ass and tell him that he's being investigated by the US bureau and that it working closed with the EU antifraud. That might scare him a bit as he knows that he's fooling around. (Again use it as your wildcard and let me know as I want to stop this shit from happening over and over again. |
