Whatever the buyer said was nothing but a load of bullshit. Its a tactic to see if what they can get away with. If the seller is willing to kiss the buyers ass to get the item for free. There was nothing wrong with the product, he was seeing how and what he could get away with. The first indication is that he doesnt want to answer questions because its all made up bullshit. Report him to eBay and file charges against him.

Ebay issued a full refund after investigating the TRUE facts. This seller is a scammer like so many on ebay. Thank God ebay has good policies to help unsuspecting buyers from scammer sellers like this.
With many thousands of purchases on ebay, a buyer runs across sellers like this once and a while. Ebay protects buyers from these sellers. A partial refund is NOT a proper solution to a totally junk item!! The seller would get the item back as required by ebay for the refund SO the seller would get his junk back.
The tone of the sellers complaint and language further says a lot about the professionalism if this seller.

This leads you as the buyer to think you’ve received someone else’s parcel by mistake, and you return it or take it back to the post office.
