If you do business on ebay is just like using Paypal you as the seller will get screwed every single time. The only thing you can put in your advertisement is that all sales are final if they product is opened. In this case thats a hygenic issue that legally you should have no problem with. As a seller i would contact ebay directly via phone not email and tell them of this. She's scam artist that you should point out, also i would call PayPal, but as a buyer they prob wont do anything.
