STILL AT IT!!!!

Hello, I wanted to report the buyer of Item# 231129921455. He has commited fraud on both Ebay and Paypal and is known as a scan artist on the internet since as far back as 08/2011. A simple search for this persons user name under any of the following using any search engine, aka: XQISA Jesse Reckley, aka: “LAU Wing Yi”, aka “Lau Wing Yiu”, aka “YSYSO”, aka “YSYSO Prebbiebeadman”, aka “YSYSO Wing Yiu”, aka “belin.ander”, will suffice. Please help BAND this person or persons off of Paypal/Ebay and stop what they have been doing for years. This person does not even live within the US of A, they are based in Hong Kong so everything they purchase goes to some office space/cubicle and gets re-shipped to Hong Kong.

This person was also banned from Ebay via both Item# 231112652052 using Ebay ID Name: belin.ander, and Ebay item# 231119384040 using Ebay ID Name: felifat3618. Why are they still allowed to conduct business using the addresses under these names? Only EBAY can answer that! It should raise a flag every time and these addresses should be banned from being used within both EBAY and PAYPAL!
