Claudia confirmed the purchase, and received both an order and a shipping confirmation via email. She was well aware of the order. The package has been confirmed as delivered by the USPS. Claudia refuses to return the package for a refund, and instead filed a chargeback so they could keep the merchandise. She says because she doesnt know me personally, she doesn't owe me for my product. She claims we stole her credit card. She has refused numerous times to return our merchandise or to pay for it. She repeatedly claims we placed this order ourselves, which is impossible.
