Stupid hick is trying to pull one of the classic eBay scams. People try to do this, because of Ebay and credit card companies. They see one asshole do it, and have to be assholes themselves to see if they can get away with it. Report the asshole to eBay and put straight out what your return policies are. Accept it upon receipt in working order if the asshole wants a refund otherwise tell the hick to go fuck off!
