Add this buyer to your blocked list. He is incredibly rude, and gives bad feedback out of childish spite. I offered to give him a complete refund for his purchase, as per my return policy on my site, however he said he wished to keep the item, and give negative feedback purely out of spite.

When I attempted to rectify the situation by offering a refund, he replied:

In the future, don't send out products that look nothing like what you advertise in the posted image or in your video on the website. Whether i contacted you or not, i'm honestly so disgusted with what i received in the mail that more hideous cards will not change the fact i spent $22 a piece for something worth less than the original product in similar condition. So yelling at me in all CAPS and telling me the "splendors" i could have received aren't getting you anywhere. It isn't even worth the time to ship back for a refund.

Considering he purchased 100$ worth of product, and I also reimburse shipping, I had no idea what he was talking about with it "not being worth his time". Later on he sends me messages saying he posted negative feedback just to spite my business. Very childish.
