Buyer bought a brand new with tags scrub top from me. In the ad was a size chart from the website of the brand as well as sizing that was on the tag.
When she received it, she emailed me saying it did not fit and asked if I had one in a different size. I said I didn't and offered her a refund if she wanted to return it. She said it wasn't worth the postage to return it. I told her that I could not give a full refund without getting the item back. She then proceeded to give me neutral feedback saying item was not as described....even though sizing and size chart were clearly in ad. She then filed a complaint with ebay for not as described. I answered the complaint stating that I had offered her a full refund once she returned the item. ebay made her return the item for the refund. I got the item back and promptly refunded her money. Upon opening up the scrub top, I found it shredded....totally destroyed. What kind of person does something like this? Surely a deranged person...
I contacted ebay and they asked for me to forward pictures of the shredded item so they could investigate and they told me to contact IC3.gov (internet crime) and file a complaint since she destroyed my property and that is illegal.
If you look at the feedback she has left others, seems in the recent past she has tried to screw another seller (ebay pointed this out to me).
So sellers beware of this person. She admitted to me that she is buying under her mothers ebay account...makes me wonder what happened to her own. The buyer is Gwen and the mother is Louise.
